摘  要:主要针对超高分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)树脂与溶剂混合液的溶胀性能进行阐述,包括溶胀工艺的必要性和重要意义、溶胀机制以及影响溶胀效果的因素。结合我国科研人员针对UHMWPE树脂溶胀方面的论述进行了归纳总结,得出影响UHMWPE混合液溶胀性能的是溶胀液浓度、溶剂种类、溶胀温度及作用时间等因素,从而为其他科研工作者或相关企业人员提供参考思路。The swelling property of the mixed solution of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) resin and solvent is described,including the necessity and significance of swelling process,swelling mechanism and factors affecting swelling effect.Combined with the discussion of swelling of UHMWPE resin by Chinese researchers,it is concluded that the swelling performance of UHMWPE mixed solution is influenced by comprehensive factors such as swelling solution concentration,solvent type,swelling temperature and action time,so as to provide reference for other researchers or people engaged in related enterprises.
