摘　　要：全自动多功能单纤维测试仪不仅将单纤维强伸度仪、振动式线密度仪和自动卷曲弹性仪的功能结合为一体,还解决了短纤维测试的关键难点,即纤维的夹持和转移。使用该仪器对不同规格的涤纶短纤维样品进行初步测试,试验结果表明该仪器实现了短纤维线密度、强伸和卷曲的连续测试,满足试验方法要求,提高了检测效率,填补了该领域的空白。Automatic multi-functional single fiber tester not only combines the functions of single fiber strength and elongation meter,vibrating linear density meter and automatic crimp elastic meter into one,but also solves the key difficulty of short fiber testing,namely fiber clamping and transfer.The instrument was used to test the different specifications polyester staple fiber samples.The test results show that the instrument can realize the continuous measurement of linear density,strength and elongation properties and crimping performance of staple fiber,which meets the requirements of testing methods and improves the detection efficiency and fills the gap in this field.
