摘  要:随着现代科学技术的迅速发展,复合材料在轻质量、高比强度、抗冲击性和耐疲劳等方面的要求越来越高。以机织间隔组织为增强体的复合材料能较好地满足上述要求,成为研究热点之一。概述了机织间隔织物复合材料在空间结构设计、成型工艺、性能测试等方面的研究进展,综述了结构参数对间隔织物夹层性能的影响以及间隔织物复合材料夹层板的填充和成型工艺,总结了间隔织物复合夹芯板的力学性能,包括弯曲、压缩、低速冲击性能,展望了机织间隔织物增强复合材料的发展前景。With the rapid development of modern science and technology,the requirements for composite materials in terms of lightweight,high specific strength,impact resistance,and fatigue resistance are becoming increasingly high.Composite materials with woven spacer structure as reinforcement can better meet the above requirements and have become one of the research hotspots.The research progress of woven spacer fabric composite materials in spatial structure design,forming process,and performance testing was summarized.The influence of structural parameters on the performance of spacer fabric interlayers was summarized,as well as the filling and forming process of spacer fabric composite sandwich panels.The mechanical properties of spacer fabric composite sandwich panels were also summarized,including bending,compression,and low-speed impact properties.The development prospects of woven spacer fabric reinforced composite materials were prospected.
