摘 要:针对目前掩蔽部在搭设及使用期间存在的一些问题,研制了一款新型高抗力装配式玻璃纤维增强复合材料构件,用于搭设掩蔽部顶盖。通过爆炸试验和数值模拟的方法,验证了该构件研制的可行性;根据爆炸荷载作用下构件的动态响应和冲击波在构件中的传播规律,探究了其抗爆炸冲击性能。研究发现:构件在多次爆炸荷载作用下,可以通过发生较大塑性变形起到耗能缓冲的目的,具有良好的抗爆炸冲击性能;该构件可用于覆土条件下抵御155 mm榴弹直接命中的防护工事,满足高抗力的设计要求。Aiming at some problems existing in the erection and use of the shelter,a new type of high resistance assembled glass fiber reinforced composite material member was developed for the erection of the shelter roof.The feasibility of developing the component was verified by explosion test and numerical simulation.Its anti-explosion impact performance was investigated according to the dynamic response of the component under explosion load and the propagation law of shock wave in the component.It is found that the component can have good blast resistance under multiple blast loads by undergoing large plastic deformation for the purpose of energy dissipation and buffering.The component can be used for the protection of fortifications against direct hits by 155 mm grenades under soil-covered conditions,which meets the design requirements of high resistance.
