摘 要:文章通过研究前处理冷轧堆、碱精练及不同漂白方式对天丝^(TM)莱赛尔A100/棉混纺面料的甲醛含量、芯吸高度、白度及微纤树脂交联度的影响,优选出天丝^(TM)莱赛尔A100/棉混纺面料的最佳前处理工艺。具体体现为:冷堆处理的NaOH浓度为15 g/L,高温煮练的NaOH浓度为20 g/L、煮练时间不超过10 min时,天丝^(TM)莱赛尔的微纤树脂交联度可保持96%以上,甲醛含量99.7 mg/kg,5 min毛效为74 mm。面料漂白优先选用酸性亚氯酸钠漂白,能够有效降低面料在煮练时产生的甲醛,且对天丝^(TM)莱赛尔微纤树脂交联度没有破坏作用,可满足后续印染加工需求。By examining the impact of cold pad-batch pretreatment,alkali refining,and various bleaching methods on the formaldehyde content,wicking height,whiteness,and microfiber resin crosslink density of Tencel^(TM ) lyocell A100/cotton blended fabrics,the study concluded the most effective pretreatment process for this fabric blend.When the NaOH concentration in the cold pad-batch pretreatment is 15 g/L and in the high-temperature scouring is 20 g/L within 10 minutes,the microfiber resin crosslink density of Tencel^(TM ) lyocell A100 can be maintained at over 96%.The formaldehyde content is 99.7 mg/kg,and the capillary effect is 74 mm within 5 minutes.Bleaching fabrics are prioritized using acidic sodium chlorite,which can effectively reduce the formaldehyde produced during scouring.And it does not impact the microfiber resin crosslink density of Tencel^(TM ) lyocell A100,meeting the requirements for subsequent printing and dyeing processes.
