摘 要:文章首先分析了多种不同粒径无机矿物(硅藻土、沸石、分子筛)对氨气的吸附能力;在此基础上,采用在调浆时添加硫酸铝和调节浆液pH值等方式对其中效果最佳的无机矿物进行了孔隙扩容改性,并测试对比了其改性前后的吸附效能变化;最后将上述测试出的最佳组合制成悬浮除臭乳液,再通过浸渍、辊压、烘干方式将其整理在非织造布上,制备了具有高效除臭能力的非织造布,并分析了材料的吸附效能、除臭等级、柔软度、掉屑性等指标。结果表明:同等含量下,硅藻土、沸石、分子筛对于氨气的吸附效能区别明显,硅藻土吸附效果最好,其余两者效果微弱;且随着其颗粒从粗到细变化(即目数从小到大),硅藻土对氨气的吸附效能先减小后增大,在细度为700目左右时达到最大。调浆时加入硫酸铝并使浆液pH呈弱碱性对硅藻土吸附效能具有增益效果,其中当硫酸铝含量为1%时,增益效果不再显著上升;浆液pH值为8左右时,吸附效能达到最大。随着除臭乳液中黏合剂含量的增加,除臭非织造布的除臭效能先增大后减小,同时掉屑量下降、柔软度降低。以上结果显示,基于改性多孔无机盐制备的除臭乳液结合非织造布具备较高的除氨、除尿臭味的能力。The paper first analyzes the adsorption capacity of various inorganic minerals(diatomite,zeolite,molecular sieve)with different particle sizes on ammonia.Based on this approach,the most effective inorganic minerals for adsorption are enhanced by incorporating aluminum sulfate and adjusting the pH level during the mixing process to enhance pore expansion.The adsorption efficiency changes before and after the modification are tested and compared.Finally,the best combination of the tests mentioned above is used to create a deodorant emulsion.This emulsion is then applied,rolled,and dried on nonwoven materials to produce nonwovens with effective deodorizing capabilities.The adsorption efficiency,deodorizing grade,softness,flakiness,and other characteristics of the materials were analyzed.The results show that under the same conditions,diatomite,zeolite,and molecular sieve have different adsorption efficiencies for ammonia.Diatomite has the best adsorption effect,while the other two are weaker.With the change of its particles from coarse to fine(i.e.,mesh size from small to large),the adsorption efficiency of diatomite for ammonia decreases and then increases,reaching the maximum when the fineness is about 700 mesh.The addition of aluminum sulfate and the weak-base pH value of the solution positively impacted the adsorption efficiency of diatomite.This positive impact ceased to increase significantly when the aluminum sulfate content reached 1%.The adsorption efficiency was maximized when the pH value of the size reached about 8.By increasing the binder content in the deodorizing emulsion,the deodorizing efficiency of deodorized nonwovens initially increased,then decreased.This change was accompanied by a decrease in the amount of flakes and a reduction in softness.To conclude,nonwovens combined with deodorizing emulsion prepared based on modified porous inorganic salt possessed a high ability to remove ammonia and urine odor.
