摘　　要：文章从纱线制备、织造、后整理等方面探讨了棉/莫代尔/羊绒牛仔面料的开发,对棉/莫代尔/羊绒弹力牛仔面料和棉/莫代尔牛仔面料的强力、弹性以及尺寸稳定性等指标进行了对比分析。结果表明,采用组织结构为3/1右斜纹,经纱为64.5 tex莫代尔/棉混纺竹节纱,纬纱为16^(S)+70 D棉/山羊绒混纺氨纶包芯纱织造、整理后的羊绒牛仔面料具有优良的弹性、尺寸稳定性以及柔软舒适的手感,满足了牛仔服装加工的需求,达到了预期设计效果。The paper discusses the development of cotton/modal/cashmere denim from yarn preparation,weaving,and finishing processes.A comparative analysis is conducted to assess the strength,elasticity,and dimensional stability of cotton/modal/cashmere elastic denim against that of cotton/modal denim.The findings demonstrate that the finished cashmere denim,featuring a 3/1 right twill structure,64.5 tex modal/cotton blended slubby yarn in the warp and 16^(S)+70 D cotton/cashmere blended spandex core-spun yarn in the weft,shows exceptional elasticity,dimensional stability,and a soft and comfortable texture.These characteristics fulfill the requirements for denim processing and successfully achieve the intended effect.
