摘  要:油田高温工况结垢问题日趋严重,对阻垢分散剂在高温下的阻垢性能有了更高的要求。本文以衣康酸等单体合成了一种具有优良高温阻垢分散性能的三元共聚物,探索了单体配比、引发剂用量、合成温度、时间对共聚物阻垢性能的影响,确定了单体比例n_(IA)∶n_(A)∶n_(B)=1∶1∶1、引发剂占单体总质量7%、温度80℃、时间2 h条件下合成的三元共聚物高温阻垢性能最佳。The problem of scaling at high temperature in oil field is becoming more and more serious,which requires higher scale inhibition performance of scale inhibitor dispersant at high temperature.A terpolymer with excellent high temperature scale inhibition and dispersion performance was synthesized from itaconic acid and other monomers.The effects of monomer ratio,initiator dosage,synthesis temperature and time on the scale inhibition performance of the copolymer were explored.The best scale inhibition performance of the terpolymer was determined under the conditions of monomer ratio n_(IA)∶n_(A)∶n_(B)=1∶1∶1,initiator accounting for 7%of the total monomer mass,temperature 80℃,and time 2 h.
