摘 要:铁基超导材料因其高上临界场(H_(c2))、低各向异性(γH)和对掺杂元素的低敏感性而备受关注。“11”体系的Fe(Se,Te)超导材料中无砷元素,结构简单,是实用化铁基超导材料中的热门选择。本文采用热压烧结研究FeSe_(0.4)Te_(0.6)超导线材的性能。热压烧结对其物相结构、微观形貌和成分分布产生了显著影响,改善了超导相的微结构和均匀性,临界转变温度(T_(c))提高至14.5 K,热压烧结促进了材料的致密化,有效减少了孔洞和微裂纹,从而增强了无阻载流能力。Iron-based superconductors are highly regarded for their high upper critical fields(H_(c2)),low anisotropy(γH),and low sensitivity to dopant elements.The“11”system of Fe(Se,Te)superconducting materials,free of arsenic and structurally simple,is a popular choice for practical applications of iron-based superconductors.The performance of FeSe_(0.4)Te_(0.6) superconducting wires using hot-press sintering was investigated.The hot-press sintering significantly affected the phase structure,microstructure and composition distribution,improving the microstructure and uniformity of the superconducting phase.The critical transition temperature(T_(c))was raised to 14 K.Hot-press sintering enhanced the material's densification,effectively reducing pores and microcracks,thereby enhancing the unimpeded current-carrying capacity.
