室内空气中甲醛含量测定不确定度评估分析

摘  要:按中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T 18204.2-2014《公共场所卫生检验方法第2部分:化学污染物》(7.2)酚试剂分光光度法测定室内空气中甲醛含量。通过评估关键测试流程如准备、采集、定容、制备校准标准溶液、UV-Vis校准、UV-Vis测定流程的不确定度,进一步规范操作,增加对检测结果的信心。其中校准曲线、样品重复性、稀释倍数、回收率带入的标准不确定度采用A类评定用统计分析方法获得实验标准偏差;定容体积、采集体积、标准溶液带入的标准不确定度采用B类评定根据有关信息或经验,判断被测量的可能值区间,假设被测量值的概率分布,根据概率分布和要求的概率p确定k。结果表明制备校准标准溶液环节不确定度分量最大,校准标准溶液环节配制质量对室内空气中甲醛含量测定结果影响最大。According to the national standard of the People s Republic of China GB/T 18204.2-2014“Methods for testing the hygiene of public places-Part 2:Chemical pollutants”(7.2),the phenol reagent spectrophotometric method was used to determine the formaldehyde content in indoor air.By evaluating the uncertainty of key testing processes such as preparation,collection,volume determination,preparation of calibration standard solutions,UV-Vis calibration,and UV-Vis determination,we can further standardize operations and increase confidence in test results.The standard uncertainty brought in by calibration curve,sample repeatability,dilution ratio and recovery rate was obtained using statistical analysis methods for Class A evaluation to obtain the experimental standard deviation.The standard uncertainty brought in by fixed volume,collected volume and standard solution was evaluated using Class B evaluation.Based on relevant information or experience,the possible value range of the measured value was determined.Assuming the probability distribution of the measured value,k was determined based on the probability distribution and the required probability p.The results indicated that the uncertainty component in the preparation of calibration standard solution was the highest,and the preparation quality of calibration standard solution had the greatest impact on the determination of formaldehyde content in indoor air.
