摘 要:为了解PVC管道胶水中1,2-二氯乙烷在装修时对施工人员存在的潜在致癌风险,基于美国环境保护总局(EPA)的健康风险评价办法,建立了经呼吸途径下的暴露量计算模型和致癌风险评估模型。从市场上采集了30批胶水样本,采用气相色谱法(GC)对PVC管道胶水中的1,2-二氯乙烷含量进行检测,22批样本有检出。结果表明,市面上大部分PVC管道胶水中1,2-二氯乙烷存在极高的致癌风险,比可接受值(10^(-4))高3400倍。In order to realize the potential carcinogenic risk of 1,2-dichloroethane in PVC pipe glue to workers,based on the health risk assessment method of EPA,the calculation model of respiratory exposure and the carcinogenic risk assessment model were established.30 batches of glue samples were collected from the market.The content of 1,2-dichloroethane in PVC pipe glue was detected by GC,and 22 batches of samples were detected.The results showed that 1,2-dichloroethane in most PVC pipe glue on the market had a very high carcinogenic risk,which was 3400 times higher than the acceptable value(10^(-4)).
