摘　　要：建立HPLC-ELSD测定溃疡灵胶囊中贝母素甲、贝母素乙含量的方法;并对市售9批溃疡灵胶囊样品进行分析。色谱柱:Phenomenex luna C_(18)(2)100A(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%二乙胺溶液(65∶35),流速:0.8 mL/min,柱温:25℃;ELSD参数:漂移管温度为100℃,载气流量2.5 L/min。结果表明贝母素甲和贝母素乙分别在0.5010~5.010μg(r=0.9998)、0.5220~5.220μg(r=0.9996)范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.5%(RSD为1.78%)、100.2%(RSD为2.08%)。此法操作简便、结果准确、重复性好,可用于提升溃疡灵胶囊的质量标准。An HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of peimine and peiminine in Kuiyangling Capsules was established,and used for analyzed nine batches of Kuiyangling Capsules commercially available.Phenomenex luna C_(18)(2)100A(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%diethylamine(65∶35),flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,column temperature was 25℃,ELSD parameters were as follows:drift tube temperature was set at 100℃,the carrier gas flow rate was set at 2.5 L/min.The calibration curves results of peimine and peiminine showed good linearity between 0.5010 and 5.010μg(r=0.9998),0.5220 and 5.220μg(r=0.9996),respectively,and the average recoveries were 99.5%(RSD=1.78%),100.2%(RSD=2.08%),respectively.This method is simple and quickly,the results are accurate and reproducible,and could be used to raise the quality criteria of Kuiyangling Capsules.
