摘　　要：基于目前我院自主研发的无磷药剂配方TS-052中多种成分是含羧酸基团的聚合物,通过当pH=8时,有机胺与聚羧酸类电解质产生离子缔合物沉淀,建立标准曲线,以此原理用比浊法测定水中无磷缓蚀阻垢剂的含量,实验表明不同浓度的药剂产生的缔合物和吸光值A有良好的线性关系,同时研究循环水中可能存在的影响因素对测定结果的干扰。结果表明,利用比浊法测定无磷药剂浓度有满意的结果,对含羧酸基团的无磷药剂浓度监测有着广泛应用前景。Based on a variety of polymers containing carboxylic acid groups in the phosphorus-free pharmaceutical formula TS-052 independently developed by our institution,a standard curve was established to determine the content of phosphorus-free corrosion and scale inhibitor in water by turbidimetric method on the basis of pH=8,through which ionic association precipitates were generated by organic amines and polycarboxylic electrolytes.The experiment result showed that there was a good linear relationship between the association compounds produced by different concentrations of agents and the absorbance value A.At the same time,the interference of possible influencing factors in circulating water on the determination results was considered.The results showed that the determination of phosphorus free reagent concentration by turbidimetric method was satisfactory,and the monitoring of phosphorus free reagent concentration containing carboxylic acid groups had a wide application prospect.
