摘  要:钛白粉作为最佳的白色颜料,应用广泛,我国是最大的钛白粉生产国,主要以硫酸法工艺为主,但存在能耗高等问题。本文简述了硫酸法钛白生产工艺现状,对其生产成本和能源消耗情况进行了系统的分析,并从电力能耗、燃料能耗、蒸汽能耗三方面指出了现行工艺存在的问题,从新技术、新工艺、新装备及新方法等角度提出节能降耗的对策建议,为相关钛白粉企业开展节能降耗、绿色发展提供有益参考。As the best white pigment in the world,titanium dioxide is widely used in many fields.China is the largest producer of titanium dioxide pigment,and the sulfate process is mainly used to produce titanium dioxide pigment.But there are some problems such as the high energy consumption.The current status of the sulfate process for titanium dioxide production in China was briefly described,its production costs and energy consumption,and points out the existing problems in the current process were systematically analyzed from three aspects:power consumption,fuel consumption and steam consumption.The countermeasures and suggestions for energy conservation and consumption reduction were proposed from new technologies,new processes,new equipment and new methods.This would provide a useful reference for relevant enterprises to carry out energy conservation,consumption reduction and green development for titanium dioxide production via the sulfate process.
