摘　　要：介绍了一种喷漆废气中漆雾处理及含VOCs的废气解决方案的应用,利用湿法和干法的预处理有效去除了喷漆废气中的漆雾,再通过转轮+RTO组合技术彻底净化含VOCs废气,实现漆雾和VOCs的综合高效处理。转轮浓缩装置将喷漆废气减风增浓,RTO将浓缩废气燃烧净化处理,并提供转轮脱附所需热量。经处理后的废气达标排放,设备具有运行稳定可靠、运行成本低、维修方便等优点。通过分析实际运行遇到的问题,为保证设备的正常运行和延长其寿命,提出设备运行维护和相关改进建议。The application of a solution of paint mist and exhaust gas containing VOCs in spray paint exhaust gas was introduced.Wet and dry method pretreatment was used to effectively remove paint mist in spray paint exhaust gas,and then the exhaust gas containing VOCs was completely purified through the combination of rotor concentrator and RTO technology.The rotor concentrator will reduce air volume and increase the concentration of exhaust gas.Then RTO purified the concentrated exhaust gas and provided the required heat for the desorption of the rotor concentrator.After treatment,the exhaust gas met the relevant requirements.And the equipment had the advantages of stable and reliable operation,low operation cost and convenient maintenance.In order to ensure the normal operation and prolong the service life of the plant,the operation maintenance and equipment improvement suggestions were put forward by analyzing the operation problems.
