摘 要:介绍了PE100级承压聚乙烯的发展现状,分析了国内某石化企业生产的高密度聚乙烯管材料3050与北欧化工生产的双峰聚乙烯管材料HE3490的性能。通过使用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC),差示扫描量热分析(DSC)等表征方法,对比了两者在微观结构和性能上的差异。结果表明,3050于HE3490相比,两者力学性能和熔体强度相当,3050的常温静液压耐压时间略长于HE3490,可用于PE100级燃气管的生产。The development status of PE100 grade pressurized polyethylene was introduced,and the performance of the high-density polyethylene pipe material 3050 produced by a petrochemical company in China and the bimodal polyethylene pipe material HE3490 produced by Nordic chemical industry was analyzed.The differences in microstructure and properties between the two methods were compared by means of gel permeation chromatography(GPC)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results showed that the mechanical properties and melt strength of 3050 were similar to those of HE3490,and the hydrostatic pressure endurance time of 3050 was slightly longer than that of HE3490 at room temperature,suitable for producing gas pipe of PE 100 grade.
