摘 要:基于湖南省家庭农场典型案例,运用扎根理论方法构建农场主创业机会识别影响因素模型,并通过清晰集定性比较分析(csQCA)探究农场主识别复制型机会和创新型机会的差异与路径。结果表明:1)创业呼唤、创业警觉性、创业预见性、自然资源禀赋、社会网络、政府支持等均不是农场主识别创业机会的必要条件,农场主发现复制型机会或创新型机会均受到个体因素和外部环境因素的共同影响。2)自然资源导向型、政府扶持引导型、社会网络支持型农场主能够识别复制型机会;“三农”情怀驱动型、资源经验累积型、预先谋划布局型农场主能够识别创新型机会。据此,建议进一步营造良好创业氛围,调动农场主识别创业机会的积极性,提高农场主推进乡村全面振兴的意愿和能力。Based on the typical cases of family farms in Hunan,this paper uses the grounded theory method to build a model of factors influencing farmers’entrepreneurial opportunity recognition,and explores the differences between and paths for farmers’identification of replicative and innovative opportunities through clear set qualitative comparative analysis(csQCA).The findings are as follows:1)Entrepreneurial call,entrepreneurial alertness,entrepreneurial foresight,natural resource endowment,social network and government support are not necessary conditions for farmers to identify entrepreneurial opportunities.Both replicative and innovative opportunities are affected by personal factors and external environmental factors.2)Farmers with natural resources,government support,and social networks can recognize replicative opportunities while those driven by emotion,resource experience,and pre-planning can identify innovative opportunities.The study suggests fostering a conducive entrepreneurial environment,encouraging farmer engagement in opportunity recognition,and enhancing their participation in rural revitalization efforts.
