摘　　要：为了解地方普通本科师范高校科研生产力现状,选取某省五所本科师范高校为研究样本,对五校在2011至2020年发表的中外核心期刊文献进行计量分析和横向对比。结果显示,五校的中外文高水平论文发表趋势具有一致性,但科研生产力呈现校际间发展不平衡的特点。研究建议,通过创新培育优势学科教科研团队、优化岗位分类激励教师高水平科研产出、推进高校教育综合改革等措施来提升地方普通本科高校科研生产力等科研竞争力。In order to understand the current situation of scientific research productivity of local normal universities,five normal universities in a certain province were selected as research samples,and the literatures published in the core journals of the five universities from 2011 to 2020 were quantitatively analyzed and compared.The results show that the publishing trend of high-level papers in Chinese and foreign languages is consistent among the five universities,but the development of scientific research productiveness is unbalanced among the universities.It is suggested that the scientific research competitiveness including productivity of local universities should be improved by innovating the teaching and research teams of superior disciplines,optimizing the classification of posts to motivate teachers’high-level scientific research output,and promoting the comprehensive reform of higher education.
