摘 要:针对传统采用铁氧体磁芯的电压调节模块(VRM)耦合电感体积较大的问题,采用饱和磁密更大的磁粉芯作为磁芯材料,减小磁件体积,提出基于磁粉芯的VRM耦合电感设计方案和流程。最后,依据设计参数搭建了1台磁耦合VRM样机,样机模组部分的电流密度达0.5 A/mm 2,电感总高度仅5 mm,性能良好。实例验证所提方案和设计流程正确有效,能实现VRM耦合电感的小型化和低截面。In response to the large volume problem of the traditional voltage regulation modules(VRM)coupling inductance using ferrite magnetic cores,the magnetic powder cores with higher saturation magnetic density are used as the magnetic core materials to reduce the volume of magnetic components.The design scheme and process for VRM coupling inductance based on magnetic particle cores are proposed.Finally,based on the design parameters,a magnetic coupled VRM prototype is built.The current density of the prototype module reached 0.5 A/mm 2,the total height of the inductor is only 5 mm,and the performance is good.The proposed scheme and design process are verified to be correct and effective through the practical examples.The miniaturization and low cross-section of VRM coupled inductors can be achieved.
