摘　　要：企业统计、统计报表和企业联网直报是政府统计的核心基础,在统计数字化转型和统计现代化发展的背景下,三者现有的统计内容和统计技术方向较为传统,与数字化、智能化、云技术等新时代发展的对接有失主动和前沿。因此,本文考虑中国式现代化全面系统网络发展的统计需求,对企业统计、统计报表和企业联网直报的统计现代化进行探究,指出三者的现代化意味着要发展客观对象的系统网络生态量化统计解析理论和数字化智能化使能统计技术,在广度和深度上扩展企业统计内容,建立产品和服务的现代化动态统计理论方法,融合企业生产经营和会计财务全生态系统网络,基于现代计算机通信网络技术,将传统的二维关联统计报表改造为企业魔方数据库,并充分利用数字化智能化云平台技术,实现企业统计全流程、全平台和全智能的联网直报。研究结论对数字化背景下政府统计基础现代化提供了有益启示,并为其发展指出了可能的趋势目标。After going through the stage of exploration,construction,reform and development,Chinese government statistics has entered the stage of innovation and improvement in the direction of modernization.In 2012,the National Bureau of Statistics fully implemented the“four major statistical projects”with enterprise network direct reporting as the core,which promoted the leap in the construction of Chinese government statistics information,making enterprise statistics,statistical statements and enterprise network direct reporting a key basis for government statistics.However,all the three are now have problems such as thin statistical content,isolated statistical relationship and limited statistical pattern under the background of statistical digital transformation and statistical modernization,which means that it is difficult for them to adapt to the statistical development needs of the comprehensive system network of economy and society.Therefore it is focused on enterprise statistics,statistical statements and enterprise network direct reporting to explore the direction of their statistical modernization reform based on the comprehensive review of the development processes and problems with the ecological statistical thinking of enterprise system network,so as to support the comprehensive digital transformation of government statistics,and promote Chinese-style modernization.The modernization of enterprise statistics means that developing enterprise statistical technology,connecting with the statistical intelligent data collection of the internet of things,developing the intelligent statistical data information of enterprise production and operation,running service statistical technology in real time,integrating the enterprise statistical system with the enterprise accounting,financial system and business technology system,and unifying the physical quantity statistics and value quantity statistics into statistical techniques and theoretical methods that can analyze supply chain,technology chain,knowledge chain,equi
