摘 要:玉米是主要的粮食和饲料作物,成本低、效益高,可用来提取玉米淀粉、乙醇、胚芽油等副产品,加工后的副产品有玉米浆、玉米胚、玉米纤维、麸皮、蛋白粉等产品,来源广泛,价格低廉,且营养丰富,有较高的生物活性,将这些玉米深加工副产品充分利用,可以形成饲料添加剂,在丰富饲料资源的同时还能降低饲料成本,提升饲料营养价值,对促进我国畜牧业又稳又快发展具有极大的现实意义。本文主要对玉米深加工副产品的分类及营养特性,在动物养殖中的应用等进行综述,为提升玉米深加工副产品的饲用价值和应用范围提供参考和依据。Corn is the main food and feed crop with low cost and high efficiency.It can be used to extract corn starch,alcohol,germ oil and other deep products.The by-products after processing include corn pulp,corn germ,corn fiber,bran,protein powder and other products,which are widely sourced,cheap,nutritious and have high biological activity.These corn deep processing by-products can be fully utilized to form feed additives,While enriching feed resources,it can also reduce feed costs and enhance feed nutritional value,which has great practical significance and value for promoting stable and rapid development of China's animal husbandry.This article mainly reviews the classification and nutritional characteristics of corn deep processing byproducts,as well as their applications in animal husbandry,in order to provide reference and basis for improving the feeding value and application range of corn deep processing by-products.
