摘  要:文章旨在研究复合益生菌对肉牛生长性能、肉质及免疫性能的影响,试验采用单因素随机试验设计,将45头健康月龄和体重相近的比利时白蓝牛随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复3头牛。试验1组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,试验2、3组分别在基础日粮中添加200和400 mg/kg的复合益生菌,预饲验10 d,正试期60 d。结果表明,试验3组肉牛的生长性能、肉质及免疫性能显著提升(P<0.05);试验2组对肉牛生长性能、肉质及免疫性能均有一定的提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,添加不同水平的复合益生菌可有效提高肉牛生长性能、肉质、免疫性能。建议在肉牛饲养过程中添加乳酸粪肠球菌、产朊假丝酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌(2∶2∶1),总活菌数≥1.3×10^(11)CFU/g的400 mg/kg的复合益生菌为宜。In order to study the effects of probiotic composite on the growth performance,meat quality and immune performance of beef cattle,the experiment was designed as a one-way randomized trial,and Thirty healthy Belgian Blue Cattle of 12 months of age and weighing(400±20.05)kg were selected as test animals.The straight animals were randomly divided into 3 groups,test group 1 was the control group,and test groups 2 and 3 were the experimental groups。Five replicates of three cows each were conducted,with all three groups fed a basal diet for concentrates;test groups 2 and 3 were additionally supplemented with 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg of probiotic complex in the basal diet,respectively.The results showed that the addition of 400 mg/kg of probiotic complex in group 3 significantly increased the growth performance,meat quality and immune performance of beef cattle(P<0.05).The addition of 200 mg/kg of probiotic complex in the test 2 groups improved the growth performance,meat quality and immune performance of beef cattle,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).In conclusion,the addition of different levels of compound probiotics can effectively improve the growth performance,meat quality and immune performance of beef cattle.It is recommended to add 400 mg/kg of compound probiotics with lactic acid Enterococcus faecalis:Saccharomyces cerevisiae:Bacillus cerevisiae(2∶2∶1)and total viable bacterial count≥1.3×10^(11) CFU/g in beef cattle feeding process.
