摘　　要：文章旨在探究五味子提取物对仔猪生长性能、肠道形态和免疫功能的影响。试验将400头28日龄健康、体况良好的三元杂交猪随机分为4组,每处理10个重复,每重复10头。试验日粮分别向基础日粮中添加0、200、400和800 mg/kg的五味子提取物,预饲期3 d,正试期28 d。结果表明:补充400和800 mg/kg五味子提取物可显著提高仔猪6.25%和4.61%的终末体重(P<0.05);显著提高仔猪15.67%和10.95%的平均日增重(P>0.05);显著降低仔猪10.41%和9.09%的料重比(P<0.05);此外,0~800 mg/kg的五味子提取物对仔猪采食量无显著影响(P>0.05)。800 mg/kg的五味子提取物可显著提高仔猪血清IgM含量(P<0.05);200~800 mg/kg的五味子提取物可显著提高仔猪血清IgG含量(P<0.05);400 mg/kg的五味子提取物可显著降低仔猪血清IL-1β含量(P<0.05);此外,五味子提取物对仔猪血清IgA和TNF-α含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。400和800 mg/kg五味子提取物组仔猪空肠绒毛高度显著提高(P<0.05);400 mg/kg五味子提取物组仔猪空肠隐窝深度及V/C值显著提高(P<0.05);400 mg/kg五味子提取物组仔猪回肠绒毛长度及V/C值显著提高(P<0.05);此外,0~800 mg/kg五味子提取物对仔猪十二指肠肠道形态、回肠隐窝深度均无显著影响(P>0.05)。在本试验条件下,五味子提取物最适添加量为400 mg/kg。The aim of this experiment is to investigate the effects of Schisandra chinensis extract on the growth performance,intestinal morphology,and immune function of piglets.40028 day old healthy and in good condition ternary hybrid pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 10 replicates per treatment and 10 pigs per replicate.Add 0,200 mg/kg,400 mg/kg,and 800 mg/kg Schisandra extract to the basic diet as the experimental feed,pre feed for 3 days,and conduct a 28 day trial.The results showed that supplementing with 400 and 800 mg/kg Schisandra extract significantly increased the final body weight of piglets by 6.25%and 4.61%(P<0.05);Significantly increased the average daily weight gain of piglets by 15.67%and 10.95%(P>0.05);Significantly reduce the feed to weight ratio of piglets by 10.41%and 9.09%(P<0.05);In addition,the extract of Schisandra chinensis from 0 to 800 mg/kg had no significant effect on the feed intake of piglets(P>0.05).800 mg/kg Schisandra extract significantly increased the serum IgM content of piglets(P<0.05);The extract of Schisandra chinensis with a concentration of 200-800 mg/kg significantly increased the serum IgG content of piglets(P<0.05);400 mg/kg Schisandra extract significantly reduces serum IL-1 in pigletsβContent(P<0.05);In addition,Schisandra chinensis extract has effects on serum IgA and TNF in piglets-αThe content had no significant effect(P>0.05).The villus height of piglets in the 400 and 800 mg/kg Schisandra extract groups significantly increased(P<0.05);The depth of jejunal crypt and V/C value of piglets in the 400 mg/kg Schisandra extract group were significantly increased(P<0.05);The ileal villus length and V/C value of piglets in the 400 mg/kg Schisandra extract group were significantly increased(P<0.05);In addition,the extract of Schisandra chinensis from 0-800 mg/kg had no significant effect on the morphology of the duodenum and the depth of the ileal crypt in piglets(P>0.05).Under the conditions of this experiment,the optimal amount of Schisandra extract added is 400 mg
