箱包材料防水性能检测方法的研究

摘　　要：通过分析比较箱包原材料现有防水性能检测方法,结合箱包的实际使用场景,选定GB/T 4745—2012《纺织品防水性能的检测和评价沾水法》作为箱包材料防水性能的检测方法。通过实验,综合箱包的产品使用特点和试后样状态,提出了更加合理的取样方式和结果判定方法。Based on the analysis and comparison of existing testing methods for waterproof performance of luggage raw materials,the GB/T 4745—2012 Detection and Evaluation of Waterproof Performance of Textiles was selected as the testing method for waterproof performance of luggage materials in consideration of the actual use scenario of luggage.Through the experiment,a more reasonable sampling method and result judgment method were put forward based on the using environment and the state of sample after test.
