摘　　要：元气这一概念始于道家学说,由哲学概念演变而来,后引入医学领域赋予理论内涵。元气理论初现于《内经》,后世医家对元气理论不断进行充实提高,并以此提出不同疾病的病机。李平教授基于中医元气理论,认为肿瘤有其独特病因病机,提出肿瘤病机新论,其中元气异常化生是瘤毒形成之根本,并用于指导临床治疗。文章对李平教授“元气化生异常,内生瘤毒”理论之元气溯源及临床应用浅析,并基于元气渊源,结合西医学及临床经验,以图将会进一步推动元气理论的创新研究及临床应用。The concept of Qi began in Taoism,evolved from the philosophical concept,and was later introduced into the medical field to give the theoretical connotation.The theory of YuanQi was first appeared in the Internal Classics,and and doctors of later generations constantly enriched and improved the theory of vitality,and put forward the pathogenesis of different diseases.Based on the theory of yuanqi in traditional Chinese medicine,Professor Li Ping believes that the tumor has its own unique etiology and pathogenesis,and puts forward a new theory of tumor pathogenesis,among which abnormal YuanQi is the foundation of the formation of tumor toxicity,and is used to guide clinical treatment.A brief analysis of the traceability and clinical application of professor Li Ping s theory of“abnormal metaplasia and endogenous tumor toxicity”,based on the origin of the Qi,combined with modern medical and clinical experience,will further promote the innovative research and clinical application of the Qi theory.
