藏医治疗出血症的用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:挖掘藏医药治疗出血症状的方剂,分析主要药物及方药配伍规律,为临床治疗出血症的用药和新药研发提供参考。方法:收集并整理出藏医治疗出血症的藏药方剂,运用中医传承辅助平台(TCMI)V3.0对药物频次、关联规则、核心组合等方面分析。结果:共收集到108首藏药方剂,涉及157种单味药,使用频次≥7的药物有20味,其中使用频次位于前三的是熊胆、红花、紫草茸。关联规则分析中,频次≥11的药物组合有6对,其中“熊胆-红花”使用频次最高;置信度≥0.5时,“肉桂→熊胆”置信度最高;通过聚类分析得出3个核心组合。结论:研究发现藏医常用以熊胆、红花等为主药的方剂作为治疗胃出血的首选方药,常与紫草茸、肉桂、白亮独活等配伍使用,具有止血、闭脉、祛隆、调和三因的功能。体现了藏医治疗出血症的整体观和辨证观,具有一定的药用研究价值。Objective To explore the single medicine and prescription of Hemostasis in Zang Medicine,analyze the medication rules of its prescription,and provide a digital information-based compatibility theory for further research and clinical medication of Zang Medicine.Methods Classical Zang Medicine literature related to Hemostasis was collected,and Zang Medicine prescriptions with Hemostasis effect were sorted out.Excel was used to construct the prescription database,and TCMI V3.0 was used to conduct statistical analysis of drug frequency,association rule analysis,and core combination analysis of Hemostasis prescriptions.Results A total of 108 Hemostatic Zang Medicine prescriptions were collected,involving 157 single medicines,of which 20 medicines were used more than 7 times,among which the top three were Bear Gall,Crocus sativus and Shellac.In the analysis of association rules,there were 6 pairs of drug combinations with frequency≥11,among which“Bear Gall-Crocus sativus”was the most frequently used.“Cinnamon→Bear Gall”has the highest confidence;Three core combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion Bear Gall and Crocus sativus are commonly used as the compatible choice of Hemostatic drugs,and the theory and clinical practice of Zang Medicine show the effectiveness of hemostatic drugs.Hemostatic prescriptions of Zang Medicine have high research value.
