中西医结合治疗风寒挛急型咳嗽变异性哮喘41例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察升降止咳平喘丸配合温肺止咳贴联合沙美特罗替卡松吸入剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)风寒挛急型患者的临床疗效。方法:选取82例患者,随机分为两组,每组41例,对照组为沙美特罗替卡松吸入剂治疗;观察组在使用沙美特罗替卡松吸入剂的基础上加用口服升降止咳平喘丸配合温肺止咳贴(双侧肾俞、肺俞、天突、定喘)治疗。治疗疗程为4周。2月后随访复发情况。结果:连续治疗4周后,两组中医症状积分较治疗前均降低,观察组降低明显(P<0.05);两组FEV1、FVC、FeNO指标较治疗前均降低,观察组降低更为明显(P<0.05);对照组复发率明显高于观察组(P<0.05);对照组总有效率较观察组低(P<0.05)。结论:升降止咳平喘丸配合温肺止咳贴联合沙美特罗替卡松对于治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)风寒挛急证患者的治疗效果明显且复发率较低。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengsheng Zhike Pingchuan Wan combined with Wenfei Zhike Tie and salmeterol fluticasone inhalation in the treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA)patients with acute wind cold contracture.Method 82 patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with salmeterol fluticasone inhalation;On the basis of using salmeterol and fluticasone inhalants,the treatment group was treated with oral Shengjiang Zhike Pingchuan Wan combined with Wenfei Zhike Tie(bilateral Shenshu,Feishu,Tiantu,Dingchuan).The treatment course is 4 weeks.Follow up on recurrence after 2 months.Results After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the TCM symptom scores of both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the treatment group showed a significant decrease(P<0.05);The FEV1,FVC,and FeNO indicators in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,with a more significant decrease in the treatment group(P<0.05);The recurrence rate in the control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Shengjiang Zhike Pingchuan Wan and Wenfei Zhike Tie and salmeterol fluticasone inhalation has a significant therapeutic effect and a low recurrence rate in treating patients with cough variant asthma(CVA)with acute wind cold contracture syndrome.
