磷酸铝凝胶联合三联疗法对Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者血清胃激素的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探究磷酸铝凝胶联合三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter Pylori,Hp)阳性消化性溃疡患者血清胃激素的影响。方法选取寿光市人民医院于2021年10月-2023年9月收治的97例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(48例,三联疗法)和研究组(49例,三联疗法+磷酸铝凝胶),比较两组溃疡愈合率、Hp清除率、复发率、胃激素及不良反应发生率。结果研究组溃疡愈合率为93.88%,高于对照组的77.08%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.538,P<0.05)。研究组Hp清除率(91.84%)、复发率(4.08%)优于对照组的75.00%、16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组生长抑素(Somatostatin,SS)升高,胃动素(Motilin,MTL)和胃泌素(Gastrin,GAS)降低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率为6.12%,与对照组的10.42%相比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.591,P>0.05)。结论在Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者治疗中,将磷酸铝凝胶与三联疗法联合使用可以显著提高临床效果。Objective To investigate the effect of aluminum phosphate gel combined with triple therapy on serum gas⁃tric hormones in Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-positive peptic ulcer patients.Methods 97 patients with HP-positive pep⁃tic ulcer admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital from October 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(48 cases,triple therapy)and study group(49 cases,triple therapy+aluminum phosphate gel)according to random number table method.The ulcer healing rate,Hp clearance rate,recur⁃rence rate,gastric hormone and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The ulcer healing rate of the study group was 93.88%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.08%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.538,P<0.05).Hp clearance rate of 91.84%and recurrence rate of 4.08%in the study group were better than 75.00%and 16.67%in the control group,and the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(both P<0.05).Compared with the control group,somatostatin(SS)was increased,motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)were decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of ad⁃verse reactions in the study group was 6.12%,compared with 10.42%in the control group,there was no statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=0.591,P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer,the combination of aluminum phosphate gel and triple therapy can significantly improve the clinical effect.
