摘　　要：在明晰高校学生数字化转型内涵的基础上,采用场域理论对高校学生数字化转型动因进行分析。随着数字技术不断融入,高校学生管理的在场形态由物理空间转向虚实共生,管理结构由条块分割转向多元联动,管理职能由行政为先转向人本服务。在数字化转型过程中,在技术起点上要考虑供需匹配及其中的安全冲突,在运转过程中要考虑协同管理及其中的共治失衡,在效能实现时要考虑技术驱动及其中的价值异化。实现高校学生管理数字颠覆式流程再造,需要夯实数据资产的数字化场景根基,以技术改善提升管理应用规范;聚焦转型中主体协同的责任厘定,创设理性安全的数字化管理环境;构建面向不同层面的系统联动机制,增强适宜人文智慧发展的管理韧性。Based on the clarification of the connotation of college students'digital transformation,this study uses the field theory to analyse the motivation of college students'digital transformation.With the continuous integration of digital technology,the presence form of college student management has changed from physical space to virtual and real coexistence,the management structure has changed from segmentation to multi-linkage,and the management function has changed from administration-first to people-oriented service.In the process of digital transformation,the matching of supply and demand and the security conflict should be considered at the starting point of technology,the collaborative management and the imbalance of co-governance should be considered in the process of operation,and the technology drive and value alienation should be considered in the realization of efficiency.To realize the digital subversive process reengineering of college student management,it is necessary to consolidate the foundation of the digital scene of data assets and improve the management application norms with technology improvement.Focus on the responsibility determination of the main body cooperation in the transformation,and create a rational and safe digital management environment.To build a system of linkage for different levels and strengthen the management resilience suitable for the development of human intligence.
