服务设计思维下失智老人护理院环境设计研究

摘　　要：在21世纪的今天,全球人口老龄化的问题日益严重。据估计,到2050年全球失智症患者将达到1.52亿。在我国,失智症的患病率也在逐年上升,现在已经超过了700万。失智症不仅给失智老人带来许多困扰和痛苦,也给失智家庭和社会带来许多负担。文章以失智老人为研究对象,并以护理院空间环境布局模式为研究内容,满足失智老人护理院服务设计的原则,基于服务设计思维提出失智老人护理院服务设计的策略,以期为失智老人及相关人员提供更好的护理服务环境。In the 21st century,the problem of global population aging has become increasingly serious.It is estimated that the number of people with dementia worldwide will reach 152 million by 2050.In our country,The prevalence of dementia is also rising year by year and now exceeds 7 million.Dementia not only brings a lot of trouble and pain to the elderly,but also brings a lot of burden to the families and society.This paper takes the demented elderly as the research object,and takes the spatial environment layout model of the nursing home as the research definition,which meets the principle of service design of the nursing home for the demented elderly.Based on the service design thinking,the paper proposes the service design strategy of the nursing home for the demented elderly,in order to provide a better nursing service environment for the demented elderly and related personnel.
