摘　　要：盘车装置是一种拖动某个机械设备转动部件旋转的专用装置,一般用于被拖动设备启动前或者停运后。设备启动前投入盘车装置的主要目的是减小被拖动设备的启动载荷,使启动过程更为平滑和顺畅,降低对系统的冲击。设备停运后投入盘车装置的主要目的是防止被拖动设备的热变形,通过带动被拖动设备转动部件持续旋转来避免产生热弯曲。就盘车装置如何配置及其选型设计进行了详细阐述,可为实际工程应用提供一定的理论指导。The turning gear is a special device for driving the rotating parts of a mechanical equipment.It is generally used before the start of the equipment or after the shutdown.The main purpose of putting the turning gear before the start of the equipment is to reduce the starting load of the equipment being dragged,make the starting process smoother and smoother,and reduce the impact on the system.The main purpose of putting the turning gear after shutdown is to prevent the thermal deformation of the dragged equipment,and to avoid thermal bending by driving the rotating part of the dragged equipment to continue to rotate.In this article,the configuration and type selection design of the turning gear are described in detail,which can provide some theoretical guidance for practical engineering applications.
