摘 要:为了提高轴承套圈的表层性能,以42CrMo为试验材料,设计正交试验,基于试验结果,建立了表面粗糙度、残余压应力和硬度的响应曲面预测模型,通过方差分析,验证模型具有一定的预测价值。利用多目标布谷鸟搜索算法对响应曲面预测模型进行了优化,得到了超声滚挤压加工参数及表层性能的最优取值范围,通过试验验证了其优化结果的可靠性。结果表明,加工参数的最优取值范围为:转速[300,420]r·min^(-1),进给速度[17,25]mm·min^(-1),振幅[15,21]μm,静压力[460,620]N;表层性能的最优取值范围为:表面粗糙度[0.313,0.483]μm,残余压应力[925,1052]MPa,硬度[755,821]HV。To improve the surface performance of the bearing ring,the orthogonal tests were designed taking 42CrMo as the test material.Based on the test results,the response surface prediction model for surface roughness,residual compressive stress and hardness was established.Through variance analysis,the model which has certain predictive value was verified.The multi-objective cuckoo search(MOCS)algorithm was employed to optimize the response surface prediction model,and the optimal ranges of processing parameters and surface performance of ultrasonic rolling extrusion were obtained.The reliability of the optimization results was verified through tests.The results show that the optimal ranges of processing parameters are:rotational speed of[300,420]r·min^(-1),feed speed of[17,25]mm·min^(-1),amplitude of[15,21]μm,static pressure of[460,620]N.The optimal ranges of surface performance are:surface roughness of[0.313,0.483]μm,residual compressive stress of[925,1052]MPa,hardness of[755,821]HV.
