摘 要:为研究EH36船用钢材循环软硬化行为与温度的关系,通过低温恒应变幅循环加载试验,得到该钢材不同低温下的低周疲劳寿命和循环变形行为。结果表明, EH36船用钢材低周疲劳寿命会随温度的降低而降低,钢材的疲劳寿命对0~20℃范围的敏感性较高;分析此钢材在不同温度条件下的特定循环周次的滞后回线,发现EH36船用钢材表现出明显的循环硬化行为。此外,还讨论了不同温度下钢材的循环硬化率, EH36船用钢材的循环硬化率对低温较敏感,随着温度的降低,循环硬化率近似呈线性增加,在0~20℃范围内, EH36船用钢材的循环硬化率快速增加。To study the relationship between cyclic soft hardening behavior and temperature of EH36 marine steel,the low cycle fatigue life and cyclic deformation behavior of EH36 marine steel at different low temperatures were obtained through cyclic loading tests with constant strain amplitude.The results show that the low cycle fatigue life of EH36 marine steel decreases with the decrease of temperature,and the fatigue life of steel is more sensitive to the range of 0-20℃.It is found that EH36 marine steel exhibits obvious cyclic hardening behavior by analyzing the hysteresis loop of the steel with different temperatures.In addition,the cyclic hardening rate of steel at different temperatures was also discussed.The cyclic hardening rate of EH36 marine steel is more sensitive to low temperature,and the cyclic hardening rate increases approximately linearly with the decrease of temperature.The cyclic hardening rate of EH36 marine steel increases rapidly in the range of 0-20℃.
