摘 要:西部山区的地理环境复杂、生态环境脆弱,因此西部山区铁路选线工作尤其需要注重环保和建设运维成本的问题。在设计阶段应尽可能地考虑铁路和区域环境的协同可持续发展,对两者的协同机制进行研究是必要的。同时,新时期双碳目标背景下绿色铁路建设也需要从线路与区域环境协调发展视角进行深入研究。为此,开展了基于区域环境协调发展理念的西部山区线路方案优选算法研究。以西部山区铁路工程子系统的工程和经济要素以及周边区域环境子系统的经济环境、生态环境和社会环境要素为切入点,建立“2子系统-5要素-33指标”的西部山区铁路工程与周边区域环境协调发展指标体系。运用相对熵组合赋权法进行主客观权重的权衡优化,确定了指标的组合权重。结合耦合理论构建了西部山区铁路工程与周边区域环境耦合协调评价模型,通过该模型定量化分析两者的相互作用程度。基于耦合协调评价模型设计了西部山区线路方案优选算法。以成贵铁路宜宾至威信段线路方案优选为例进行应用验证。优选算法的计算结果与既有研究结果相符,耦合协调模型将各线路方案与相关区域环境的协调程度简洁直观地呈现了出来。该算法提高了西部山区线路方案优选的科学性和适用性。研究成果可为未来西部山区线路方案优选问题提供一定的参考。The geographical environment in western mountainous regions is complex,and the ecological environment is fragile.Therefore,the selection of railway routes in the western mountainous regions prioritizes environmental preservation and considerations of construction and operational expenses.During the design phase,it is essential to consider the synergistic sustainable development of both the railway and the regional environment as much as possible.Investigating the mechanisms of their synergy is necessary.Furthermore,green railway construction under the background of double carbon target in the new era also needs to be studied in depth from the perspective of coordinated development of route and regional environment.Hence,the optimization algorithm of route scheme in western mountainous area was studied based on the concept of coordinated development of regional environment.By considering the engineering and economic elements of the railway engineering subsystem in the western mountainous area and the economic environment,ecological environment and social environment elements of the surrounding regional environment subsystem as the breakthrough point,a coordinated development index system of the railway engineering in the western mountainous area and the surrounding regional environment of“2 subsystems-5 elements-33 indicators”was established.The relative entropy combination weighting method was used to optimize the subjective and objective weights,and the combination weight of the index was determined.Combined with the coupling theory,the coupling coordination evaluation model between the railway project in the western mountainous area and the surrounding regional environment was constructed,and the interaction degree between the two was quantitatively analyzed by the model.Using the coupling coordination evaluation model as a foundation,the optimization algorithm of route scheme in western mountainous area was designed.Taking the route scheme optimization of Yibin-Weixin section of Chengdu-Guiyang Railway as
