摘  要:近年来,我国政府持续推动工程造价市场化,坚持市场在资源配置中的决定性作用,提高了工程投资效益。但由于我国工程造价市场化的时间短、起步晚,所以在实际建设中也面临一些问题。由此,在研究中结合工程造价的不同场景,分析目前我国工程造价市场化中面临的问题,最终提出了相应的优化路径,以期对大数据赋能工程造价市场化建设提供相应借鉴。In recent years,the Chinese government has continued to promote the marketization of engineering costs,adhering to the decisive role of the market in resource allocation,and promoting the effectiveness of engineering investment.However,due to the short time and late start of marketization of engineering cost in China,it also faces some problems in actual construction.Therefore,in the study,different scenarios of engineering cost were combined to analyze the problems currently faced in the marketization of engineering cost in China.Finally,corresponding optimization paths were proposed,in order to provide corresponding reference for the empowerment of engineering cost marketization construction by big data.
