摘　　要：在信息时代中,互联网平台作为雇主与劳动者往往会产生矛盾。一些平台容易利用其掌握的算法形成的技术优势滥用其雇主权,这对劳动者的权利造成了严重的威胁。在实际操作中可以通过专门性立法、加强行政监督、组建工会等手段对易侵犯劳动者权益的互联网平台进行合理的规制。In the information age,internet platforms have created some conflicts between employers and workers.The platform utilizes its own technological advantages to freely exercise its rights as an employer,which poses a serious threat to the rights of workers.Therefore,it is necessary to regulate the employer rights of internet platforms reasonably through specialized legislation,strengthened supervision by law enforcement agencies,and the role of trade unions.
