摘 要:随着市场经济的深入发展和管理理念的不断更新,人力资源管理工作中激励机制的有效运用成为提高事业单位工作效率、激发员工潜能的重要手段。文章旨在深入探讨事业单位人力资源管理中激励机制的正向价值,分析人力资源激励机制在实际应用中面临的问题,并提出优化薪酬分配体系,构建激励机制、运用丰富激励方式,强化机制成效、建立科学管理体系,多元考核内容、立足考核评价结果,完善激励反馈等解决策略和建议,为事业单位更好地理解和运用激励机制、提升整体运行效率和竞争力、促进可持续发展奠定坚实的人力资源基础。With the in-depth development of the market economy and the continuous updating of management concepts,the effective use of incentive mechanisms in human resource management has become an important means to improve the work efficiency of public institutions and stimulate the potential of employees.The purpose of this paper is to deeply discuss the positive value of the incentive mechanism in the human resource management of public institutions,analyze the problems faced by the human resource incentive mechanism in practical application,and put forward the optimization of the salary distribution system,the construction of the incentive mechanism,the use of rich incentive methods,the strengthening of the effectiveness of the mechanism,the establishment of a scientific management system,the diversification of assessment content,based on the assessment and evaluation results,improve the incentive feedback and other solutions and suggestions,for public institutions to better understand and use the incentive mechanism,improve the overall operation efficiency and competitiveness,and promote sustainable development to lay a solid human resour.
