摘  要:采用一锅水热法合成的Fe-Co普鲁士蓝类似物(PBAs)作为类过氧化物酶,基于H_(2)O_(2)与3,3',5,5'-四甲基联苯胺(TMB)的显色反应和GSH对氧化TMB(ox-TMB)的还原反应,建立一种用于H_(2)O_(2)和GSH定量分析的比色传感器.在H_(2)O_(2)为2.0~50μmol/L和GSH为6.6~50.63μmol/L范围内均表现出良好的线性关系,检测限分别为0.36和0.32μmol/L.Fe-Co Prussian blue analogs(PBAs)synthesized by a one-pot hydrothermal method were used as the peroxidase-like enzyme.Based on the color reaction of H_(2)O_(2)with 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)and the reduction reaction of glutathione(GSH)with oxidized TMB(ox-TMB),a colorimetric sensor for the quantitative analysis of H_(2)O_(2)and GSH was developed.The colorimetric sensor showed a favorable linear relationship in the range of 2.0-50μmol/L for H_(2)O_(2)and 6.6-50.63μmol/L for GSH,and the detection limits were 0.36 and 0.32μmol/L,respectively.
