摘 要:为了研究分散式能源的高效利用方法,本文对热重力驱动的无泵有机朗肯循环(ORC)机组进行了实验研究。采用仿真与实验相结合的方法,研究了多级泵液过程的工作原理及其工作表现,搭建了一个两腔体带预热的实验机组,分析了不同工况下的系统表现。结果表明:泵液过程对膨胀机入口的压力影响不大,同时可以有效提升泵液的压力,实现增压流动过程,系统的平均发电功率为194.5 W,瞬时热效率在2.2%~3.8%之间波动,平均热效率和㶲效率为3.0%和11.8%。针对大型发电系统,考虑到大的罐体可以保证泵液过程的流速,同时双罐体并联可以实现连续的供液输出,采用单级泵液模式,双泵液腔体连续泵液,建立了大型的发电系统,发电功率在热源、冷源温度分别为98.3℃和21.5℃时,均值达到8.8 kW,平均热效率与㶲效率达到3.98%和20.95%。In order to improve distributed energy efficiency,an experimental study on the pumpless Organic Rankine Cycle(ORC)driven by thermal-gravity is proposed.In this paper,the working principle and performance of multi-stage liquid pumping process are studied by combining simulation and experiment.An experimental system with two two-stage liquid pumping processes and preheating mode is built,and the system performance under different working conditions is analyzed.Results show that the liquid pumping processes have little influence on the pressure at the inlet of the expander,and meanwhile it can effectively increase the pressure of the fluid and realize the pressurized flowing process.The average power generation of the system is 194.5 W,the instantaneous thermal efficiency fluctuates between 2.2%-3.8%,and the average thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency are 3.0% and 11.8%,respectively.For the large-scale power generation system,considering that the large tank could realize the large flowrate for the liquid pumping process,the single stage liquid pumping process is adopted for the largescale power generation system,and two tanks in parallel is utilized to ensure the continuous liquid supply.When the temperature of heating source and cooling source is 98.3℃ and 21.5℃,the average power generation power reaches 8.8 kW,and the average thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency are 3.98% and 20.95%,separately.
