摘 要:为了提高泥页岩地层坍塌压力的预测精度和方法的适用性,提出了利用地层孔隙流体压力梯度、地层岩性密度、地层泥质含量和钻井液体系影响系数等参数计算地层坍塌压力梯度的数学模型。该方法在江汉油田、涪陵页岩气田、鄂西地区红星区块应用160口井,利用该方法在钻前依据邻井预测的地层坍塌压力、地层坍塌压力梯度配置钻井液,规避井壁崩塌、垮塌和坍塌复杂,总有效率在85.0%以上。In order to improve the prediction accuracy of collapse pressure in mud shale formations and the applicability of methods,a mathematical model utilizing parameters such as the pressure gradient of formation pore fluid,formation lithology density,formation mud content,and the coefficient of influence of drilling fluid system is proposed to calculate the collapse pressure gradient of formations.This method has been applied to 160 wells in the Jianghan Oilfield,Fuling Shale Gas Field,and Hongxing Block in the western part of Hubei province.By using this method to predict the formation collapse pressure and formation collapse pressure gradient based on data of offset wells before drilling,drilling fluids can be mixed to avoid complexities such as wellbore collapse and cave-ins,with a total effective rate of over 85.0%.
