摘  要:管线防腐保温主要起到防腐蚀和保温的作用,能够有效降低原油粘度,使原油在运输中更加流畅,也可以预防管道冻裂,延长管道的使用寿命。目前管线采用的传统防腐保温工艺,存在施工工序较多,劳动强度较大,施工周期较长等问题。为更好地提升管线防腐保温施工效率,探索防腐保温工艺优化具有重要意义。本文通过推广一种新型防护层工艺材料的应用,在减少施工工序,降低劳动强度,安全环保、降本增效等方面具有积极作用。Pipeline anticorrosion and insulation are vital for preventing corrosion and preserving heat in pipelines.These processes reduce crude oil viscosity,ensuring smoother transportation and preventing pipeline freezing to extend their lifespan.However,conventional methods involve multiple steps,high labor requirements,and lengthy operation periods.Therefore,optimizing anticorrosion and insulation technologies is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency.This study explores the utilization of innovative protective materials to streamline procedures,reduce labor intensity,and improve safety and environmental standards,ultimately leading to cost savings and efficiency gains.
