摘　　要：全过程造价控制是当今比较先进的工程项目管理理念,经济与技术的充分融合,是提高建设工程价值属性的重要手段。通过对坪北油区P73联合站采出水处理系统改造工程造价管理的分析,探讨建设工程全过程造价管理模式下的工程造价控制,为今后类似建设工程项目造价控制提供参考。Whole-process cost control is a relatively advanced engineering project management concept today,integrating economy and technology fully,which is an important means to improve the value attributes of construction projects.Through the analysis of cost management of the modification project of the produced water treatment system in the P73 CPF in Pingbei Oilfield,this paper discusses engineering cost control under the whole-process cost management mode,providing reference for cost control of similar construction projects in the future.
