摘  要:江汉油田能源管控中心平台提示部分供电线路出现线损超标、日耗电量异常等故障。从信息化采集设备、传输网络、PLC下位机组态程序、力控pSpace及采集站等方面提出解决方案。采用修改PLC组态程序中RS485串口通信的轮询时间,修改力控IoConfig采集站中电量、电流等电参的量程变换值等方法实现了电参数据准确目的。该方法为除供电线路或用电设备类故障引起异常线损以外,提供了更多处理方法,具有一定的指导意义。The Energy Management Center platform of Jianghan Oilfield has indicated issues such as excessive line losses and abnormal daily power consumption in certain power supply lines.To address these problems,solutions are proposed from the aspects of information acquisition equipment,transmission networks,PLC substation configuration programs,PowerControl PSCADA,and acquisition stations.Methods such as modifying the polling time of the RS485 serial communication in the PLC configuration program and adjusting the range conversion values of electrical parameters like power and current in the PowerControl IOCONFIG acquisition station are employed to achieve accurate electrical parameter data.This method provides more solutions to address abnormal line losses caused by faults other than power supply lines or electrical equipment,offering significant guidance.
