摘 要:针对王村煤业深井综掘机割煤时间长、部分区域支护难度大和巷道掘进速度慢等问题,研究了不同阶段重复采动围岩变形规律,对围岩应力场和位移场演化进行了分析,优化地质情况良好的地段、工作面顶板破碎阶段、在煤壁片帮地段或处于采后掘进阶段割煤工艺。在原支护方案的基础上,设计分段支护方案,采用泥岩顶锚网索梁支护以及架棚和锚索联合支护。通过对现场变形量监测以及保护煤柱采动应力监测,结果表明:巷道变形量基本稳定,整体支护效果良好,掘进速度显著提高。采用分段支护方案,每月的进尺比原方案提高了34.04%,生产效率和巷道支护质量大幅提高,说明所提出的割煤工艺和支护优化方案切实可行。In view of the problems of long coal cutting time,difficult support in some areas,slow roadway excavation speed and others of deep well comprehensive excavation machine in Wangcun Coal Industry,the deformation law of surrounding rock in different stages of repeated mining is studied.The evolution of surrounding rock stress field and displacement field is analyzed,and the coal cutting technology is optimized in areas with good geological conditions,roof broken stage of working face stage,coal wall cvaing section,or post mining excavation stage.On the basis of the original support scheme,a segmented support scheme is designed,using mudstone top anchor mesh cable beam support and combined support of frame shed and anchor cable.By monitoring the on-site deformation amount and monitoring the mining stress of protecting coal pillars,the results show that the deformation amount of the roadway is basically stable,the overall support effect is good,and the excavation speed is significantly improved.By adopting a segmented support scheme,the monthly footage increases by 34.04%compared to the original scheme,and the production efficiency and roadway support quality are significantly improved.This indicates that the proposed coal cutting technology and support optimization scheme are practical and feasible.
