摘 要:针对3115复采工作面端头位置及超前支护区域内顶板受开采动压影响严重的问题,通过对端头支架形式选择和超前支架形式选择进行适用性分析的方法来对顶板控制效果进行研究,提出了为保证端头位置及超前支护区域内顶板安全,必须对其进行加强支护。结果表明,采用端头及超前支架代替单体液压支柱支护顶板,能够大大提高端头及超前支护强度,提高顶板支护安全可靠性;复采工作面顶板较为破碎,煤体承载强度低,对其顺槽采用钢棚支护的形式能够减小巷道断面,使得巷道顶板悬露面积较小而增加稳定性;通过对支架进行了初步选型确定了适用于3115复采工作面端头位置及超前支护区域内顶板的端头及超前支架形式。Aiming at the problem of serious impact of mining dynamic pressure on the end position of the 3115 remining working face and the roof in the advanced support area,the applicability analysis method of the selection of end support form and advanced support form is conducted to study the control effect of the roof.It is proposed that in order to ensure the safety of the end position and the roof in the advanced support area,it is necessary to strengthen support.The results show that using end and advanced supports instead of single hydraulic pillar to support the roof can greatly improve the strength of end and advanced support,and improve the safety and reliability of roof support.The roof of the remining working face is relatively broken,and the coal body bearing strength is low.Adopting steel shed support form for its crossheading can reduce the cross-section of the roadway,reduce the overhanging area of the roadway roof,and increase stability.Through preliminary type selection of supports,the suitable end and advanced support forms for the roof in the 3115 remining working face end position and advanced support area are determined.
