摘  要:赵固二矿单轨吊车运输过程中存在调度与司机联系困难、调度无法掌握单轨吊车位置信息,以及单轨吊车拥堵、运输效率低、单轨吊车碰撞风门和无法对物料的装载、运输、卸车过程进行实时查询调度等难题。为解决赵固二矿单轨吊车集中运输中存在的难题,研究并实施了单轨吊车智能运输管理系统,通过UWB精确定位系统定位单轨吊车位置信息,建立网络通信系统解决调度-司机、司机-跟车工之间的通信问题,构建物料运输管理系统,实现物料从装到卸的全过程管理,极大地提高了运输效率和安全性,为推进煤矿井下辅助运输智能化提供了宝贵经验。During the transportation process of the monorail crane in Zhaogu No.2 Mine,there are difficulties in contacting the dispatch and driver,inability to grasp the position information of the monorail crane,as well as difficulties in congestion,low transportation efficiency,collision with the air damper by the monorail crane,and inability to conduct real-time inquiry and dispatch of the loading,transportation,and unloading processes of materials,etc.In order to solve the existing difficult problems in centralized transportation of monorail cranes in Zhaogu No.2 Mine,an intelligent transportation management system for monorail cranes is studied and implemented.The UWB precise positioning system is used to locate the position information of the monorail crane,and a network communication system is established to solve the problem of communication between dispatch-drivers,driverstrain workers.A material transportation management system is constructed to achieve the full process management of materials from loading to unloading,greatly improving transportation efficiency and safety,providing valuable experience for promoting the intelligence of downhole auxiliary transportation in coal mines.
