摘　　要：心力衰竭(HF)是各种心血管疾病发展的终末期。即使近年来现代医学在HF治疗方面取得了巨大进展,但HF的住院率、病死率仍然居高不下。随着2022年心力衰竭管理指南的更新,HF治疗从传统的“金三角”踏入了崭新的“新四联”治疗时代,提示心肌能量改善HF预后的重要地位。而中医药治疗HF具有多靶点、多通路、不良反应小等优势,在HF心肌能量代谢中同样具有重要治疗作用,本文通过总结梳理中医药在心肌能量代谢中治疗心力衰竭的作用机制,为HF提供新的治疗思路。Heart failure(HF)is the end stage of development of various cardiovascular diseases.Although modern medicine has made great progress in treatment of HF in recent years,hospitalization rate and mortality rate of HF remain high.With the update of heart failure management guidelines in 2022,HF from the traditional golden triangle entered new new quadruple treatment era.It is suggested that myocardial energy plays an important role in improving the prognosis of HF.The treatment of HF with traditional Chinese medicine has advantages of multi-target,multi-pathway and small side effects,and also plays an important role in the treatment of HF myocardial energy metabolism.The paper summarizes mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of heart failure in myocardial energy metabolism,in order to provide new treatment ideas for HF.
