摘 要:课程思政是高校发挥各门课程育人功效、构建育人合力的必由之路。从学理及实践的角度搞清楚课程思政“是什么”和“不是什么”,才能在深刻理解课程思政核心要义的基础上将其落实落细。课程思政是教师能力提升、课程思政元素挖掘、学生获得感增强的深度融合。《宪法与行政法》课程有效开展课程思政,需在贯彻“以学生为中心,以目标为导向”的教学模式OLIESR前提下,完善建设目标工作体系,优化课程思政教学的供给方案,同步提升教师专业能力与思想政治教育能力等。惟其如此,才能以潜移默化的方式实现学生育人与育心、做人与做事、知识获得与价值培塑的统一。Ideological and political education in the curriculum is the only way for universities to leverage the educational effectiveness of various courses and build a collaborative force in education.Only by understanding the core essence of ideological and political education in the curriculum from the perspectives of academic theory and practice can we implement it in detail.Ideological and political education in the curriculum is a deep integration of teacher’s ability improvement,exploration of curriculum ideological and political elements,and enhancement of students’sense of achievement.The effective implementation of ideological and political education in the Constitution and Administrative Law course requires the implementation of the“student-centered,goal-oriented”teaching model OLIESR,the improvement of the construction goal work system,the optimization of the supply plan for ideological and political education in the course,and the simultaneous enhancement of teachers’professional and ideological and political education abilities.Only in this way can we achieve the unity of educating students and nurturing their hearts,being a good person and doing things,acquiring knowledge and shaping values in a subtle way.
