摘　　要：正义是法治的精神所在与目标所求,也是法治权威的不竭源泉,法治维度的正义不仅指涉公正地裁决纠纷、化解矛盾与定纷止损等程序正义,更应包括有效地聚合民意、体现民心和维护民利等实质正义。法治秩序的正义性与其坚守人民利益本位的程度成正相关,中国式法治现代化具备纯粹的普遍正义性,具体表现在历史、理念与实践三重向度中,是解蔽与扬弃当代西方资本主义法治模式的人类法治文明新形态,是程序合理性、实践可行性与实质正义性三位一体的法治现代化。Justice is the spirit and goal of the rule of law,as well as the inexhaustible source of the authority of the rule of law.The dimension of justice in the rule of law not only refers to procedural justice in fairly resolving disputes,reconciling conflicts,and preventing losses,but also includes substantive justice in effectively aggregating public opinion,reflecting public sentiment,and safeguarding public interests.The degree of justice in the rule of law is positively correlated with its adherence to the people-centered principle,and the Chinese-style modernization of the rule of law has a pure universal justice,specifically manifested in the three dimensions of history,idea,and practice,as a new form of human legal civilization that unveils and sublates the contemporary Western capitalist legal model.It is a modernization of rule of law that integrates procedural rationality,practical feasibility,and substantive justice.
