摘 要:提出利用关键因素独立影响分析法,对桥梁建设中的钢箱梁顶推施工方式中的参数误差进行分析,并采用应力监测法及变形监测法监测钢箱梁顶推施工中的应力变化及钢箱梁轴线端点偏差,研究分析了会在施工过程中产生的重要参数,再对这些参数进行分析。结果显示,横向偏差对钢箱梁的底板加劲N1应力的影响较大,偏差小于10cm时,底板加劲N1应力变化较小,偏差增加至12cm时,该构件应力陡升,应力监测显示钢箱梁顶推施工过程中,应力实际值的变化趋势与应力理论值的变化趋势一致,横向位移监测显示,智能控制系统可以对梁体的偏差进行及时的调整。Propose the use of critical factor independent impact analysis method to analyze the parameter errors in the steel box girder launching construction method in bridge construction,and use stress monitoring method and deformation monitoring method to monitor the stress changes and end point deviation of the steel box girder axis during the launching construction.Study and analyze the important parameters that will occur during the construction process,and then analyze these parameters.The results show that the lateral deviation has a significant impact on the N1 stress of the bottom plate stiffener of the steel box beam.When the deviation is less than 10cm,the N1 stress of the bottom plate stiffener changes less.When the deviation increases to 12cm,the stress of the component rises sharply.The stress monitoring shows that during the steel box beam pushing construction process,the trend of the actual stress value changes is consistent with the trend of the theoretical stress value.The lateral displacement monitoring shows that the intelligent control system can adjust the deviation of the beam body in a timely manner.
